White sail

Almost two years have passed since the October coup. Difficult, complex months, in which we saw absolute evil, but also supreme heroism of Israeli society. This generation has emerged as a brave and moral ball, charging forward. This generation will raise the leaders of tomorrow.

For this purpose, the "White Sail" leadership program was built.

"White Sail" is a leadership program for young men and women living with disabilities as a result of the war, and who are suitable for leadership and leadership roles in society. Over the course of eight months, the group will undergo a series of meetings, workshops, lectures and training alongside trips to learn about Israeli society and its tribes and meet Jewish communities in the Diaspora.

The program will deal with questions of identity, values, society and state. At the end of the training period, the "Laforsh Kanaf" organization will continue to accompany its graduates and serve as a values and organizational home for leadership and leadership projects.
